Towel Production in the Pursuit of Absorbency, Softness, and Envirronmental Consciousness

In order to achieve together both the highest product quality as well as Environmental Consciousness, almost all products are made with compact silo yarns Co developed with a yarn spinning company, we work to achieve the minimum possible usage of glue and softeners, two necessary materials in the towel manufacturing process. Also, using another new technology used in towel manufacturing developed by a doctor: hydro-silver-titanium, and developing a technology to adhere it to the fibers, we are able to process our products with technology developed in other industries. (Compact Silo Yarns are high quality threads made with the same standards in spinning technology as used for high end shirt fabrics which are characteristic of being softer than other yarns and a categorical reduction in pilling.
In order to achieve both the highest levels or product quality as well as the least impact on the environment, almost all of Towel Think Labo’s products are made with technologically advanced fabrics co-develope with a yarn spinning company. Compact Silo Threads* allow for towel production with the minimum possible usage of glue and softeners, which are both necessary in the towel production process.
We further employ the medically developed Hydro-Silver-Titanium technology in our towel manufacturing, specifically developing a technology to adhere it to the threads and bridging two historically different industries together.
